• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to exploit games, share information in live poker or tournament settings, or manipulate outcomes for shared profit.

Player-Initiated Closure

Service Availability

sce444 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, third-party infrastructure failures, and network conditions outside sce444's control may affect availability. sce444 will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruptions and will communicate planned maintenance windows to registered players where practicable.

Game Outcomes

sce444 is not liable for losses incurred through gambling on the platform. All casino and sports betting outcomes involve risk. Players acknowledge that gambling results are determined by chance and that past results do not predict future outcomes. sce444 does not accept liability for losses resulting from a player's own decisions, including decisions made under the influence of impairment or emotional distress.
